This class is for both adults and teens to train with friends and family which covers both fitness, fun and technique. Helping you to push yourself and hopefully having a laugh whilst doing so. A solid one hour blast working on both partner and solo drills.

Box-fit

Ready to sweat, burn calories and have a blast doing it ? This high energy class combines boxing drills with strength and conditioning exercises to keep your heart pumping and your body moving. Designed to get you fit, strong and confident, whether you’re just starting out or already a seasoned athlete, this class is suitable for all levels. Get ready to punch and build muscle in a dynamic, empowering environment

Box-Con

Boxing technique - This is the class that started it all. If you’re passionate about mastering the art of boxing - the discipline, precision and beautiful brutality - this is where you sharpen your skills. Perfect for those who are looking to focus, refine technique and level up. All levels are welcome for this session. Warriors encouraged

Box-Tech

A female-only class is all about strentgh, confidence and community. Train alongside like-minded women in a bootcamp-style enviroment that challenges you, supports you and helps you grow. It’s deisgned to make you feel strong, capable and empowered. We’ll show you what ‘punch like a girl’ really means.
